Tuition and Fees

Tuition 2026-27

Tuition is payable in 10 monthly payments from August to May. Payments are due by the 15th of each month. Families who pay in full by July 30 will receive a 3% discount.

Catholic (Baptismal Certificate*)

• 1 child: $540 per month (total $5,400)
• 2 children: $860 per month (total $8,600)
• 3 children: $1060 per month (total $10,600)
• 4 children: $1,200 per month (total $12,000) 

*Children must be baptized Catholic at the time of registration. Baptism certificate required.

Non-Catholic

• 1 child: $615 per month (total $6,150)
• 2 children: $940 per month (total $9,400)
• 3 children: $1,130 per month (total $11,300)
• 4 children: $1,320 per month (total $13,200)

Non-refundable Fees

General Administrative Fee
$300 per child, payable by July 31, 2026. This fee covers the cost of textbooks, workbooks, technology, computer software, internet access, insurance, FACTS, Diocesan support fee, State and Diocesan Tests etc.

Fundraising Fee
$300 per family, payable by July 31, 2026. This fee allows the Academy an opportunity to order items (e.g. prizes, decorations) and place deposits for fundraising events.

Re-registration Fees (Current Students)
- Early Re-registration (Due by Jan. 30) – $200 per Child/$250 per Family
- Re-registration (After Jan. 30) – $200 per Child/$250 per Family

After School
One child – $30 daily
Two children – $50 daily
Three children – $60 daily

Late Fees (due the next day): 1st 10 minutes, $5; each additional 5 minutes, $5

Additional Fees

• Late Fee $25.00 – Payable after the 16th of every month. Return Check Fee $35.00
• 8th Grade Graduation $300.00-Payable by Feb. 3rd, 2027. Includes ring, graduation breakfast, prom, cap & gown, and expenses for graduation exercises. EXCLUDES SENIOR TRIP
• Kindergarten Graduation $50.00 (Caps & Gowns)
• Damaged/Lost Book or Electronic Device – Fee depending on the cost of the item.
